The major reason youth players play soccer is to have fun. As a youth soccer coach of many years, I have witnessed first hand numerous soccer practice sessions including many that could not have been fun for the players. As young players will leave the game and join in another sport if they are not having fun, it is very important to make practice sessions both fun and enjoyable.
